Certified Buteyko practitioner and co-founder of RespireLabs. Specialises in mouth-to-nose breathing transition for adults and children. Fixing mouth breathing changed his life and serves now as the main driver behind the RespireLabs startup.

Questions & answers

What is included in the retreat program fee?
The retreat program fee covers all workshops (Buteyko method, Pranayama), morning yoga sessions, evening meditation, the special guest session with Budimir Sobat, and access to the RespireLabs community. Accommodation and meals are paid separately directly to the venue.
Do I need prior experience with yoga or breathing exercises?
No prior experience is needed. All sessions are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our teachers will guide you through every step.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 90 days before the retreat. Within 90 days, cancellations are only possible if you find a replacement participant — or if we have a waitlist, we will arrange a transfer. Accommodation cancellation terms are set by the venue. How do I get to Oddechowo?
Oddechowo is located near Warsaw, Poland. By car it is approximately 57 minutes from Warsaw city center. By train approximately 1 hour 17 minutes.
Are meals included? Any dietary accommodations?
Yes! Three nourishing plant-based meals are included with your accommodation. If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, mention them in your reservation and we'll coordinate with the venue.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation, warm layers for outdoor walks, personal toiletries, and a journal for notes. Bring your yoga mat if possible.
What language are the workshops and lectures held in?
All workshops and lectures are held in English.
What are the terms of service?

Are the breathing exercises safe?
Your safety is our top priority. We approach all practices with mindfulness and gentleness. There will be no competition or unhealthy pushing of limits. Most exercises are perfectly safe, though some may have contraindications. You will always be informed about this before performing such an exercise and before the entire retreat. If you suffer from any health conditions, please let us know before registering.
